1. Definitions

"The Company" is BlueZone, "the Client" is the person or entity ordering our services, and "Services" include websites, apps, systems, software and the BlueZone platform.

2. Services

We provide annual-subscription websites, ownership or custom-built websites, apps, systems and software, and the BlueZone platform. Each product and package page lists its specifications before purchase.

3. Ordering and payment

• An order is completed by filling in the project details and choosing a payment method.
• Online payments are processed by an approved payment gateway; we do not store your card data.
• Cash or bank transfer is arranged after we contact you and send you an order link, and is confirmed once we receive the amount.
• After payment the Client signs the contract electronically and the invoice is issued.

4. Annual subscription and renewal

The subscription term is defined in the package and is renewed by paying the renewal fee. See the "Subscription & Renewal Policy" for details.

5. Ownership

When a product is bought under the ownership model, the usage rights stated in the contract transfer after full payment. Intellectual property in core components and tools remains with the Company unless the contract says otherwise.

6. Client obligations

• Provide accurate content that the Client owns or is licensed to use.
• Do not use the service for any activity that violates the laws of the State of Kuwait.
• Keep login credentials confidential.

7. Support and updates

Subscriptions include support and updates as defined by the package, during the working hours published on the site.

8. Limitation of liability

The Company is not liable for indirect losses or damages arising from the Client's content or third-party services (such as payment gateways and hosting). Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in dispute.

9. Termination

The service may be terminated for breach of these terms or non-payment. The Refund Policy applies to any refundable amount.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait and its courts have jurisdiction.
